Without breaking a sweat, one can do 28,000 sit-ups, squats, crunches, bicep curls, and a variety of other standard strength training routines.
How many sessions do I need?
We recommend four to six 30-minute Amped Muscle Sculpting sessions (per addressed body area) within 3-6 week period, spaced two or three days apart for optimal results.
